I.   Call to order

  •      Minutes from previous meeting  reviewed and approved with noted changes
  •      Treasurer Report

 

  • Reviewed 2014 Year in Review financial summary
    • Total expensed down $9898.00 to PY primarily due to major pool repair in 2013
    • Eagle Crest Revenue HOA dues $30,084.00 – 100% collected
    • Raven Crest Revenue HOA dues $15,095.00
  • Reviewed Financial Summary 01/01/15 through 2/19/1
    • Transferred 5K to reserve account on 1/15/15
      • supports goal to save 1 year of operating expenses
  • Reserve account balance: $ 31,239.26
  • Checking account balance: $11,356.61
  • HOA Dues are due March 1, 2015
  • No increase from previous year: $436.00
  • Will assess status of timely collection at next meeting and send second notice if indicated.
  • Motion made to approve financial statements and payments as presented
  • Motion passed

    • Written requests via e-mail or letter are preferred
  • Annual Meeting
  •  Scheduled for 2/21/15 at 9:00am – Price Chopper Meeting room  K-10  and Woodland
  • Homeowners notified via letter mailed in January

  • Steve will bring copies of 2014 HOA financial summary for distribution to homeowners in attendance.

  • No response received to date in response to letter sent to homeowners asking for candidates for HOA Board positions
  • Deadline for submitting name for candidacy: 2/7/15
  • Pool

 

  • Pool Committee – no response from Eagle Crest 2014 pool committee members
    • No activity from pool committee currently
  • Pool scheduled to open 5/21/15 (last day of school)
    • Scheduled to remain open through Labor Day
  • Parking lot repair and resurfacing scheduled prior to opening sometime between 3/1-4/15
  • IV.       Property Maintenance
  • Daryl reviewed bid from Perfection Lawn and Landscape for 2015
    • Bid essentially the same as 2014
  • Motion to approve Perfection Lawn and Landscape bid for 2014 Lawn Maintenance Agreement (mowing):
        • Motion passed
  • Spring Work Day: date TBD
    • Will plan to plant front flower beds – no additional work plan due to limited participation from homeowners.
    • Plan to bid out additional property maintenance needs incrementally as needed

  • New Construction lot 53 and 52
    • Daryl requested evidence from Builder that homes met square footage requirements in response to homeowner concerns
